This is the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers Renewal Classroom Course.
You must bring a CURRENT AHA PALS card to class with you.
If your current AHA card recently expired, you can still attend this course, just choose the expired option. You will be charged $45 extra for the Initial course, since you are expired.
This course will usually run 2-3 hours, will cover all the material but at a faster pace. So please be prepared prior to attending this course.
The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. These include personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.
Please be advised, The American Heart Association has included a Mandatory Online Pre-Course to be completed prior to attending the New 2015 PALS courses.
This information is available in the 2015 PALS Manual. If you don’t have the new manual available prior to the course, we have provided a link to the Pre-Course, below.
