Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Initial Class

The AHA’s ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of preventing cardiac arrest, early and continuous high-quality CPR, and high-performing teams. The course reflects science and education from the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

 American Heart Association ACLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card is valid for two years.
The New 2020 ACLS program has changed.  The majority of the course is done online on the AHA website.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Renewal Class

The Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Providers Classroom Renewal Course is slightly shorter than the Initial class.  The course will update you to the latest changes and review your practical skill.  You should always take a renewal class before your current certification expires.

 American Heart Association ACLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card is valid for two years.
The Renewal BLS Provider Course requires approximately 2 hours to complete, including skills practice and skills testing.
